How to Send Flowers and Gifts to Someone in Another Town in Zambia
You do not have to be in the same town to send a thoughtful gift. Here is how it works with Halo.

Step by step
- Choose a gift from the shop.
- At checkout, choose the recipient's delivery area: Lusaka, the Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola and nearby), or other towns.
- Enter the recipient's name, phone number and a clear address.
- Choose a delivery date and a card message.
- Pay online by mobile money or card.
Timing
Same-day delivery is available in Lusaka when you order before 13:00. For other towns, choose your delivery date at checkout and we confirm the timing with you. Order ahead for birthdays and anniversaries.
Cost
The delivery charge depends on the area and is shown at checkout before you pay. Our delivery policy has the full details.
Tips
- Give an accurate phone number, because we call the recipient before delivery.
- Cakes and fresh items are perishable, so choose a date the recipient will be available.
- Gifts that contain alcohol are for delivery to adults aged 18 and over.

Yes. Choose Copperbelt as the delivery area at checkout.
Is same-day delivery available outside Lusaka?
Same-day is for Lusaka only. For other towns, pick your delivery date at checkout.
What if the recipient is not available?
We call the recipient before delivery, then try again or arrange a safe handover.
