Delivery Policy

Halo Event Planners delivers flowers, hampers, gifts and balloons across Zambia.

Same-day delivery (Lusaka)

Orders placed before 13:00 are delivered the same day within Lusaka, subject to availability. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the next available day.

Delivery areas and charges

• Lusaka: choose Lusaka at checkout and the delivery charge for your area is added to your total.
• Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola and nearby) and other towns across Zambia: choose your area at checkout and the delivery charge is added to your total. Delivery outside Lusaka takes 48 hours. We confirm the delivery time by phone.
• If we cannot reach your area, we will tell you before we accept payment or refund you in full.

Delivery dates and times

Choose a delivery date and a preferred slot (morning, afternoon or evening). Slots are a preference, not a guaranteed time, but we will do our best to keep to them.

Recipient details

Please give accurate recipient names, phone numbers and addresses. We will call the recipient before delivery. If no one is available, we will try again or arrange a safe handover. If delivery fails because of wrong details or an unreachable recipient, we may charge for a second attempt.

Substitutions

If a flower, item or colour is unavailable, we replace it with something similar of equal or greater value.

Delays

Weather, traffic or public holidays may cause delays. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order is affected.
