What we plan
We handle events of every size: weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveal parties, graduations and anniversaries. You can ask for full planning, or décor and styling only.
Our team designs the look around your colours and venue, then sets up, styles and, where agreed, takes down. For companies we also coordinate gifting, branding and guest hampers so one supplier covers the whole function.
Events outside Lusaka
We regularly work beyond Lusaka. Travel and accommodation for the team are quoted separately and added to your quote, so you see the full cost before you confirm. Tell us the town and venue and we will advise on timing and set-up.
Towns we are often asked about include Kitwe, Ndola, Livingstone, Solwezi, Kabwe and Chingola. See event planners for the Copperbelt and our areas we serve.
